Global Account Management, operating in the company’s U.S. and international offices, is the primary contact point for companies interested in tapping Cotton Incorporated’s wealth of technical, information and fashion resources. The division is staffed with experienced industry professionals who understand product development, manufacturing and sourcing. Internationally, we work closely with Cotton Council International to build demand for U.S. cotton and its products.
The focus of the group is to:
- Understand the challenges that face the soft goods industry through
regular visits to textile mills, manufacturers and product sourcers
- Work closely with mills and their customers in the development and
delivery of the best cotton products possible
- Help importers to establish productive supply chains and sourcing
relationships worldwide
- Coordinate global activities and establish meaningful contacts
in all key textile centers through our offices in China, Japan, Singapore,
Mexico and the United States
- Capitalize on relevant Cotton Incorporated resources to help industry
contacts use cotton more effectively. These resources are:
Technical Services
Technical services are designed to help textile mills and manufacturers
deliver the best cotton products possible. The services include fiber
processing, product development, dyeing and finishing and cotton quality
management assistance. They are an after-sale benefit for users of U.S.
cotton and its products in the United States, as well as in significant
export markets.
Information Services
Information services provide information on cotton supply/ demand, fiber
quality and consumer research trends. This service is delivered through
marketing and economic multi-media seminars and one-on-one presentations

Product Trend Analysis services are a key factor in maintaining cotton’s leading
